Our Promise

At Bubz, we want you to absolutely love your fizz. If something’s not right —whether that’s a damaged delivery, a flavor mishap, or simply a change of heart on unopened products — we’ll work with you to make it right.

When You Can Return

•⁠ ⁠Unopened, unused cans in their original packaging.

•⁠ ⁠Within 30 days of receiving your order.

•⁠ ⁠Must be in the same condition in which you received them (no dents, no tampering).

📌 Example: 

You ordered a case of Bubz Strawberry for an event next month, but the event was canceled. As long as you still have the unopened case and it’s within 30 days, you’re good to return.

How to Start a Return

1.⁠ ⁠Email us at [support@bubz.com] with:

   - Your order number

   - Reason for return

2.⁠ ⁠Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you return shipping details.

3.⁠ ⁠Ship the product back as instructed — preferably in the original shipping box to prevent damage.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

•⁠ ⁠Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

•⁠ Allow 7–10 business days after arrival for processing.

•⁠ ⁠Original shipping fees are non‑refundable (except if Bubz made an error or your product arrived damaged).

📌 Example: 

If you got a case of Bubz Cola and one can arrived dented but still sealed, you can send us photos. In that case, we’d issue a partial refund or offer to replace the whole unit if it affects the case value.

Exchanges

Want to try a different flavor instead? You can:

•⁠ ⁠Request an exchange instead of a refund when initiating your return.

•⁠ ⁠Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Tip: Many customers use this option to taste-test another flavor they’ve been curious about.

Non‑Returnable Items

•⁠ ⁠Opened or partially consumed cans

•⁠ Gift cards or promotional giveaways

•⁠  ⁠Any product not in its original condition
