Refund & Return Policy
At Bubz, we take pride in crafting India’s cleanest prebiotic soda with care and quality.
Since our products are perishable food & beverage items, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure safety, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We do not accept product returns once the order has been successfully delivered, except in the following cases:
• You received a damaged, leaking, or tampered product.
• The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.
• The product has expired or is close to expiry (less than 30 days shelf life remaining) at the time of delivery.
If any of the above apply, please raise a request within 24 hours of delivery at help@drinkbubz.com with:
• Your Order ID
• Unboxing video or photo proof clearly showing the issue
Requests submitted after 24 hours or without valid proof will not be eligible.

2. Refund & Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you can choose from the following options:
1. Replacement: A new shipment of the same product (subject to stock availability).
2. Refund: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are processed only after verification by our customer-experience team.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
• Products opened, consumed, or partially used.
• Change-of-mind or taste-preference issues.
• Orders placed with incorrect addresses or contact details provided by the customer.
• Delay in delivery caused by courier service or factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns).

4. Damaged Packages During Transit
If you notice visible damage at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately inform us at help@drinkbubz.com.
We will verify with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted.

6. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase (GoKwik, Easebuzz, or Shopify Payments).
Cash-on-Delivery orders, if any, will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
• Re-check your payment account or bank statement.
• Contact your payment provider; processing times may vary.
