Welcome to Bubz — India’s cleanest prebiotic soda. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed on www.drinkbubz.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.



 1.⁠ ⁠Serviceable Locations

We currently ship Pan-India through our trusted delivery partners.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

If your PIN code is unserviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our team for alternate arrangements.



2.⁠ ⁠Order Processing Time


• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• During high-demand periods (festive sales, product launches, etc.), processing may take slightly longer — you’ll always be informed via email or SMS.



 3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Timeline


• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates — external factors like courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions may cause slight variations.



 4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Partners


We partner with Shiprocket, BlueDart, DTDC, and other reputed logistics providers to ensure safe, timely deliveries.
You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.



5.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges


• Free shipping may apply on specific offers or minimum order values (as displayed on the website).
• For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and cart value.



 6.⁠ ⁠Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, a re-delivery can be arranged — additional shipping costs may apply.



7.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery to help@drinkbubz.com with:
• Order ID
• Unboxing video or photo evidence

We’ll assess and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.



 8.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your order through the tracking link shared on your registered email or phone number.
If your tracking number isn’t active within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us at help@drinkbubz.com.



 9.⁠ ⁠Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.



10.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, lockdowns, or transport disruptions.
